1. Overview

Welcome to IntroHint!

IntroHint (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a mobile-first AI agent providing real-time, personalized business event insights. The App is intended solely for private, individual use—not for business or team purposes.

By registering or using IntroHint, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

2. User Eligibility

  • Individuals Only: Access is restricted to natural persons (private individuals).
  • No Business/Team Accounts: Companies, teams, and organizations may not use the App. Registration with business emails, company names, or VAT IDs is not permitted.
  • We reserve the right to delete accounts that remain unused for more than 12 months. Any remaining credits on deleted accounts will be forfeited (non-refundable).

3. Registration & Account

  • Personal Email Required: Register with a valid personal email address (e.g., Gmail, iCloud, Yahoo). Business/custom domain emails are not accepted.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Payment, VAT, and Billing

  • Payments: Payments are processed via Stripe. You must provide a valid payment card and country at checkout. Email and country are used to calculate applicable VAT or tax rates.
  • No VAT Invoicing: We do not issue VAT invoices, collect VAT IDs, or serve business accounts.
  • Country Detection: Your country is determined using card metadata, IP address, and/or a manual dropdown at checkout.
  • Pay-as-you-go only: All credit purchases are one-time transactions. We do not offer subscriptions, auto-renewal, or recurring payments. Each top-up must be initiated manually by you.

5. Use of the App

  • Purpose: IntroHint provides information for personal networking and business event preparation only. Data and insights are for your individual use and must not be resold, republished, or used for automated profiling or bulk enrichment.
  • User Conduct: Do not misuse, scrape, or redistribute output. Do not enter or share any sensitive personal data (including email addresses, phone numbers, or confidential information) about yourself or others within the app.
  • The app is designed to hold only publicly available data and is not intended for processing or storing any personal or confidential data.

6. System Emails

  • By creating an IntroHint account, you agree to receive essential transactional and system emails—such as login codes (PINs), account activity notifications, credit usage alerts, receipts, and important updates—to your registered email address.
  • You will not receive marketing communications unless you opt in.

7. Data Privacy & Security

  • Email Addresses: Your email is required for registration and is not anonymized. It is stored for login, support, and payment processing only.
  • Minimal Data Collection: Only your email address and country (for payment/tax) are collected during registration and checkout.
  • Third-Party Processing: Authentication and data storage are managed by Glide Apps; payments are managed by Stripe. Both process your data according to their privacy policies.
  • Public Data Only: All insights are generated from public or publicly accessible sources (e.g., LinkedIn, company websites). No confidential, private, or non-public data is collected or displayed.
  • Session-Based Processing: Enrichment data is shown in-session only and not stored beyond your user session.

8. Credits

  • Credits are purchased for use within the App to request Introhints.
  • Credits are not subject to a subscription payment – each credit top-up has to be initiated by a user and has to be done manually.
  • We hold the right to delete unused credits after three months from purchase. Unused credits are non-refundable and cannot be extended.
  • IntroHints are typically delivered within 90 seconds, and always within 120 seconds. If your result is not delivered within that time, your credit will be refunded.
  • Errors in Introhints outputs are not subject to credit refunds.
  • We may offer a free trial to new users. During the trial, you may access a limited number of credits or features at no cost. No payment information is required to start a trial. Once the trial ends, you must purchase credits to continue using the service.

9. Acceptable Use

  • No Commercial Resale: You may not use the App to provide services to others, resell data, or offer commercial enrichment.
  • No Team Access: Accounts are personal; do not share or sublicense your access.
  • No Automated/Bulk Queries: Automated, scripted, or bulk querying is prohibited.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All branding, and underlying technology in IntroHint are owned or licensed by us.
  • You receive a limited, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

11. Refunds & Credits

  • All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable.
  • Credits expire after 3 month.

12. Changes to the App & App Availability

  • We may update the App, features at any time.
  • Significant changes will be communicated to users by email or in-app notice.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the App.
  • Credits are not refunded for downtime or outages.

14. Legal Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union.
  • Legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Poland unless otherwise required by law.

15. Privacy Policy (Summary)

  • We only collect email, country, and payment data (see full Privacy Policy).
  • All personal data is processed securely and in accordance with GDPR.
  • No business data, VAT IDs, or company information is stored.

16. Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided “as is.”
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or uptime. The App may be unavailable or experience outages at any time. Credits are not refunded for downtime or outages.
  • IntroHint results are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies or errors. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or completeness of any results. Errors in output are not subject to refunds.
  • We are not liable for damages or losses from use or inability to use the App.
  • We may update and change these Terms at any time.

17. Acceptance

By registering, accessing, or using IntroHint, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
